The Body of Creative Range
Creativity is not only conceptual - and not only about the arts.
It’s how you express who you are.
What you stand for.
How you shape your work and your world.
It lives in breath and impulse - in the willingness to let something move before it's perfected.
Over time, especially when you hold responsibility, the nervous system optimises for control and safety.
Control brings clarity and precision. But it can also narrow risk.
And over time, that narrowing becomes familiar.
You soften an idea before it's fully formed.
You edit your words before they land.
You contract in your gestures - not dramatically, just enough to stay within the 'safe zone'.

In this 75-minute live session we explore creativity through simple somatic movement, breath and embodied awareness - a somatic session to recalibrate and guide you. No choreography. No performance.
We begin by arriving in the body, and allow new qualities of presence to emerge. From there, we explore:
• Our breath, sensation and grounding movement.
• Our brainwaves slowing down, so that we drop deeper into our creative, imaginery realms
• Our movement range being inspired to expand
• A sense of lightness and freedom as something reawakens within
When we move with intention and openness,
• new neural pathways are activated linked to motivation
• emotional processing
• expansion.
Where attention goes, neural and internal energy flows.
Our expression widens.
Our creative aliveness returns.
Everything is held in our bodies - including the creative energy you've learned to contain
And the joy that is waiting to move again.
That is what is possible when you drop out of your monkey mind back into the wisdom of your body
Ideas arrive with texture.
Speech feels less rehearsed.
Your presence becomes more felt.
You notice the difference in the way you speak and are received.
Often what returns is a sense of feeling alive and being moved by your own work again. Electric — because it’s fully living and breathing

You care about your work:
• You can feel the difference between leading from control and leading from your creative current.
• You want to bring back that aliveness and inspiration
• You know there’s more nuance, more depth, more dimensionality in you than is currently coming through.
You’re ready to feel the current again.

Having navigated multiple cultural worlds herself, Helene understands what it costs to adapt, contain and shrink — and what becomes possible when you stop.
She has led transformational work across the UK and Europe, presented at the ISMETA international conference, and spent decades studying at the intersection of movement, identity and creative expression.
Her work is for those who are done holding back — and ready to create, lead and relate from a place of genuine wholeness and aliveness.

I'm interested in what makes them move."

A guided somatic movement journey that blends somatic movement, breathwork, and creative expression to help you feel grounded, clear, truly alive and you—without choreography or performance.
Perfect! This isn't about looking good or being perfect. It's about moving in ways that feel good to YOU. All bodies welcome.
We start with breath, warm up gently, then follow music with simple, fun prompts. No choreography, just natural movement that helps you feel free.
Yes. When your body relaxes, your neural pathways open. When you feel connected to yourself, your body feels supported and safe so that you feel new inspiration. And I guide you all the way.
Our emotions are our gifts that show us we can feel. When we've been holding onto emotions that have been buried, held back or hidden, this energy is in our cells. When we move it is inevitable that things may come to the surface. This is normal and can be a beautiful, carthartic release, because trapped and held emotions can lead to longer term illness and disease. Bringing Depth Back Into Your Work
NB Creative Fire is a complete experience in itself — and for those who feel the pull to go deeper, Somatic Aliveness, a three-week live immersion, begins the following week. This is where the real integration begins.
