The Three Evenings

1 – GROUND – SEPT 1 – 7-8.30pm
Find the inner support that helps you stay:
🤍 calm
🤍 centred
🤍 steady
—even in the moments that usually knock you off balance
- the difficult conversation you've been avoiding, the offer that makes your chest tighten before you even open your mouth

2 – FIRE – SEPT 2 – 7-8.30pm
🤍 feel more alive
🤍 reclaim your playful energy, so you lead from the fire of your heart
🤍 feel excited and energised to share the offer you've been sitting on
🤍 saying yes before you feel "ready"
🤍 speaking up clearly, without apology

3 – FLOW – SEPT 3 – 7-8.30pm
🤍 feel more trusting, so your decisions come from ease, not second-guessing
🤍 choose the direction for your next offer
🤍 trust your first instinct in a session .
🤍 decide and move instead of circling the same choice for weeks
What tends to shift
Ideas arrive with texture. Speech feels less rehearsed. Your presence becomes more felt. Often what returns is a sense of feeling alive and being moved by your own work again.
Helene Su is the creator of Visionary Somatic Dance™ — a practice rooted in somatic science and the Chinese philosophy of the heart as an intelligence, where fire is the heart's element.
Helene is Chinese, raised within a culture that taught modesty and restraint. She knows first-hand what it costs to hold back, and what it takes to find your way back to your own fire without apology.
Her own path meant learning to believe in herself — trusting her own voice and worth, rather than the modesty she was raised to hold onto.
This isn't a class where you follow her lead. It's a space where she guides you back to what's already yours.
MA in Dance and Somatic Wellbeing, ISMETA registered.

What People Are Saying
" Yesterday I was a participant in the most transformative dance workshop I have ever attended (Soul Connection). The day workshop informed my life going forward, releasing blockages that cannot be verbalised in writing nor voice, but is pure flow. Thank you Helene for holding such a nurturing and safe space for us to grow and flow.
Niio dance is a gift."

Before You Join
This isn't about looking good or being perfect. It's about moving in ways that feel good to you. All bodies welcome.
Our emotions are gifts that show us we can feel. When we've been holding onto emotions that have been buried, held back or hidden, that energy stays in the body. When we move, it's normal for things to come to the surface — often as a beautiful, cathartic release. I hold a safe space, but you're responsible for your own self-care.
