The Three-Week Arc
We move through a deliberate progression — Embody → Create → Express.

Week 1 — RECONNECT TO THE BODY
Tuesday, March 17th | 7:00-8:30pm GMT
🤍 We find our inner roots through grounded somatic dance.
🤍 You experience inner calm and support.
🤍 Warmth without collapse.
🤍 Presence that feels whole and connected.

WEEK 2 — TRANSFORM energy
Tuesday, March 24th | 7:00-8:30pm GMT
🤍 We widen creative range through dynamic movement exploration.
🤍 Impulse extends.
🤍 Energy travels.
🤍 Risk becomes something you can feel and move with — not just think about.
🤍 Expression regains depth and dimensionality.

WEEK 3 — EMBODIED EXPRESSION
Tuesday, March 31st | 7:00-8:30pm GMT
🤍 We expand voice and relational presence.
🤍 Movement and sound integrate.
🤍 Your gestures align with your thinking.
🤍 Your expression lands from coherence.
🤍 You experience what it feels like to be fully seen while fully yourself.
What This Integration Feels Like
This is a live, experiential space.
There is a deeper inner alignment and calm.
You are able to speak up more clearly and confidently in important moments
You experience more creative flow in your thoughts and ideas - inspired to take action.
And something else returns.
Lightness.
Not because you have any less responsibility.
But because you’re no longer containing it in your body.
This isn’t about dramatic transformation.
But something more grounded.
An embodied coherence. A quiet recognition:
“This is who I am now.”
Helene Su is the creator of Visionary Somatic Dance™ — a methodology that weaves ancient embodied wisdom, cross-cultural intelligence and somatic science into a path back to Creative Authority.
Having navigated multiple cultural worlds herself, Helene understands what it costs to adapt, contain and shrink — and what becomes possible when you stop.
She has spent decades working at the intersection of movement, identity and creative expression, leading transformational work across the UK and Europe and presented at the ISMETA (International Somatic Movememnt Education Training Association ) international conference.
Her work is for those who are done holding back — and ready to create, lead and relate from a place of genuine wholeness and aliveness.

This Immersion Is For You If...
This isn't for you if...
If something in you recognises this moment of integration, you’re warmly invited to join us.
Dates: Tuesdays 17th, 24th, 31st March Time: 7:00pm - 8:15pm GMT - Investment: £67
The Next Threshold
Somatic Aliveness is a complete experience in itself.
For those who feel called to continue the journey, it is also the natural entry point into Reclaim You — our signature six-month programme for visionaries ready to fully embody their creative power.
For now, this is where we begin.
What People Are Saying
" Yesterday I was a participant in the most transformative dance workshop I have ever attended (Soul Connection). The day workshop informed my life going forward, releasing blockages that cannot be verbalised in writing nor voice, but is pure flow. Thank you Helene for holding such a nurturing and safe space for us to grow and flow.
Niio dance is a gift."

FAQ
No. This isn't about performance or technique. It's about moving in ways that feel true to you and listening to what emerges.
Replays are available for 48 hours (Free) or lifetime (VIP). The live experience is most powerful — something about moving together in real time creates deeper transformation.
Enough to take a few steps and stretch your arms out. Most people do this in their living room.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Many people work barefoot or in socks (just be careful of carpet burn!)
Brief optional moments for reflection, but you're never required to speak. The work happens primarily through movement and your own inner experience.
A lot of inner work happens through thinking and talking. This work accesses a different kind of intelligence — the body's knowing. It's complementary to psychological and spiritual practices, not a replacement.
